With over a decade of real estate experience in a variety of sales focused roles, Tom has an exceptional track record of proven results. Having worked as a high performing real estate agent for a number of years, he served as National Performance Manager for the Ray White Group—training real estate agents in high-impact marketing, negotiation and sales strategies.

He was later appointed to Head of Performance (Sales Manager) for Ray White’s highest-performing group of offices, overseeing thousands of property transactions and earning accreditation as an auctioneer
